The inaugural Moira Food & Drink Festival is a new 4-day event that includes the Moira Speciality Food Fair in the Demesne. The festival opens in Moira village on the evening of Thursday 15th August finishing up on Sunday 18th August.  

So, what's the line-up for Moira Food & Drink Festival 2019?

Thursday 15th August

The restaurants and pubs kick off the festival on Thursday evening with:

  • Moira Supper Club - Meet the Producers in the renowned Wine & Brine restaurant, with a specially designed menu by Chef Chris McGowan. There will be a hosted Q & A panel of producers joining guests for the evening. [Booking essential by phoning 028 92 610500 £35pp]


  • The StillHouse Moira is hosting a Music & Rhyme evening with Moira based poet and radio host Karen Mooney, & singer-song writer, Alice La. Starting 7pm [No Cover Charge]



 Friday 16th August

Good jolly family fun is the feature for Friday in the village and Demesne. 


  • The village will come alive with a family-friendly Street Party on the Main Street [in front of The StillHouse and Moira Guest House] with colourful street theatre, kiddies’ disco [6pm - 7.15pm] and live music by local artists [7.30pm - 9pm]



  • Live music in The Distillery at The StillHouse Moira. Starting 7pm. [No Cover Charge] 


  • Live Music Friday in Pretty Mary’s. Starting 10.30pm. [No Cover Charge] 


 Saturday 17th August



  • Jam Making Masterclass with Brambleberry Jams on an old pink Aga in a Grade 2 listed Georgian Townhouse on Moira’s Main Street at 10am-12noon [tickets £20] Click here for tickets




  • Moira Speciality Food Fair ‘After Party’ with live music in The Garden from 6pm at TheStillHouse

  • Live music Saturday in Pretty Mary'sfrom 10.30pm [No Cover Charge]


 Sunday 18th August


  • Family Friendly ‘grill your own’ Garden BBQ with Live Music 6pm-9pm at TheStillHouse [No Cover Charge, Pay for food & drinks at bar]
